At KING, we believe that the responsibility for Health & Safety needs to be owned by the site team as a whole. Health & Safety is not just an add-on to our way of working; it is an integral part of the building process.
The ownership being embedded within the team runs from planning to procurement and throughout the delivery of the scheme. Each of the team members are responsible for the Health & Safety of the works they manage which is then backed up by our independent fortnightly inspections. These inspections are issued directly to the Operations Director responsible and the owners of the business. This open approach ensures Health & Safety is addressed as a key part of our jobs, from our site teams to the business’s operational board and owners.
